1. Duroflex™ Joints

The Duroflex™ Joints are the foundation of MetalCloak’s Game-Changing Suspension System. These patented, self-centering joints are the only ones made with vulcanized elastomer and reinforced with DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber. This combination delivers exceptional durability and unmatched vibration dampening.

Designed to allow greater misalignment in the control arms, Duroflex™ Joints provide better articulation than traditional flex joints or rubber bushings. This means a smoother ride, enhanced control, and reliable performance even in the most demanding off-road conditions. Exclusive to MetalCloak, these joints give your Jeep a unique edge in both ride quality and trail capability.

2. True Dual Rate™ Coils & Shock Options

True Dual Rate™ Coils from MetalCloak are engineered to outperform standard lift springs by delivering a smoother, more stable ride. Unlike progressive or multi-rate coils, these are designed with extra-long free length to ensure continuous contact during extreme articulation—resulting in better traction and ride consistency.

To complement the coils, MetalCloak offers a range of shock options:

• 6Pak™ Shocks – Our patented, high-travel shocks designed for maximum up and down motion.
• RockSport Shocks – Affordable, low-maintenance shocks with the same valving as the 6Paks.
• Fox 2.0 Performance Series – High-performance shocks with limited travel.

Each option is built to match your suspension goals. You can choose to run your own shocks, purchase the system with our shocks, or add your preferred setup later.

3. Durotrak™, Bump Stops & Complete System Notes

The Durotrak™ equipped track bars and bushings are designed to reduce NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) by rotating 360 degrees vertically. This minimizes horizontal axle forces, helping to keep your Jeep centered and on track, no matter the terrain.

Adjustable height bump stops in the front and rear let you fine-tune travel based on tire size without needing to remove the coils—providing flexibility and better clearance management.

Every component in the MetalCloak system is built to deliver maximum up-and-down travel, improving suspension geometry and handling. Plus, when configured with 37" tires, body armor, and a lift, the full system has passed FMVSS safety standards.
